Compared this thinking of USA Early Reading Skills Delivered to the real 12 year old creation of overseas literacy and language by John Wood and his organization Room To Read.
Read the Book. Where is the USA outrage for literacy in USA Urban Culture - Communities? They envision a world overseas in which all children can pursue a quality education, reach their full potential and contribute to their community and the world. To achieve this goal, They focus on two areas for the greatest impact: literacy and gender equality in education. They work in collaboration with communities and local governments across Asia and Africa to develop literacy skills and a habit of reading among primary school children, and support girls to complete secondary school with the life skills they’ll need to succeed in school and beyond. Importantly, each community that benefits from Room to Read’s support is challenged to contribute to the project’s long-term success by donating land, funds or labor.

The Culture / Community, for at risk mother, has no choice but to oversee a new concept of early reading readiness for mother and child. If she cannot do it, she must be given no choice but compassionate help. Those overseeing or talking reforms know this, but…
If you believe individualism is important to the future of the USA; you already know it will need to be rebuilt for our most at risk population by the middle, left and right (everyone). One of the ends in mind at age 7 is based on age 0-6 early literacy. It is a short circuit to ask our at risk population to recreate our future with individualism they do not understand or appreciate.
Progressives and conservatives are advancing concepts that generally do not rely on doing first things first right the first time (FTFRTFT). BIG MISS FOR THE BOOKENDS! The middle wants to care, but the end in mind has to be practical. USA VALUES, LLC is a concept that would take everything being created by all of society on the input to age 0-6 at risk children and mix it with several constraints including 100% to be certain the outcomes meet the new local requirements.
